About Fit Shepherds
- Fit Shepherds is a men's group committed to helping every member achieve their peak physical and spiritual condition. Through workouts, brotherhood, and discipleship, Fit Shepherds fosters an environment where men can push their limits, build community, and grow in their faith.
Who is it for?
- A Fit Shepherd works to model his life after Jesus. This is for men ages 16 and older (ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult).
When do you meet?
- Fit Shepherds will meet in the Church parking lot every:
  Wednesday at 5:30am
  Saturday at 7am
  The work outs will begin March 15, 2025 at 7am.
